About the role
We’re looking for proactive and customer-focused Bar Attendants to join our Hospitality and Catering team. We have multiple opportunities in the Albury Wodonga Military Area!
Key Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Delivering professional bar service every shift
- Maintaining a spotless bar and dining area
- Assisting with food preparation when needed
- Restocking and managing bar supplies
- Work closely with supervisors and chefs
- Follow RSA standards and food safety procedures
- Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for all guests in the Defence Base site.
About you
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bar or hospitality setting.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (RSA) (Advantageous)
- Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate (training provided if needed).
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards.
- Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous)
- Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check
