About the role:
Unitywater is looking for a Program Delivery Office Lead to drive collaboration, build and integrate processes, and enable high-impact outcomes for our five-year rolling Capital Program. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sustainable Infrastructure Solutions (SIS) leaders and our partners to implement, embed and use frameworks, tools, and practices that deliver reliable, efficient, and innovative program outcomes.
As the Program Delivery Office Lead, you will:
- Lead the development, implementation, and adoption of integrated work practices, tools, and frameworks across SIS to support Unitywater’s Capital Program.
- Build and maintain a shared understanding of program delivery, governance, and lifecycle processes among SIS teams and partners.
- Design and facilitate collaborative workshops and discussions that enable and deliver integrated program outputs for Unitywater and its partners.
- Coordinate governance processes, reporting, and forward planning for key forums including PCG, CIIC, ELT, and Board.
- Provide strategic guidance to leaders and teams on PDO requirements, triaging and resolving issues, and influencing outcomes across SIS and partner organisations.
- Support workforce planning, capability management, and resource allocation to enable efficient program delivery.
- Foster collaboration, engagement, and culture within SIS and across partner organisations.

- Understanding interrelationships within organisational systems to optimise processes.
- Business degree or Project Management qualifications, coupled with extensive relevant experience.
