What you can expect with this role
- Partner with internal stakeholders to anticipate shifts and influence outcomes that impact Customer Service teams.
- Design and continuously improve processes that put accurate, up-to-date resources at employees’ fingertips.
- Build and maintain a robust knowledge base that transforms intricate details into actionable insights for seamless customer interactions.
- Explore and implement cutting-edge solutions that go beyond content, creating smarter systems for knowledge sharing and process optimization.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and enhance employee experience through innovative tools and practices.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all knowledge assets through strong governance and lifecycle management.
- Implement structured feedback loops to drive continuous improvement, keeping content relevant, usable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
- Embed data ethics and responsible AI practices within governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with legislation, corporate policies, and ethical standards, all while upholding Water Corporation’s Code of Conduct.
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
- A forward-thinking problem solver who thrives on finding smarter ways to work.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- A passion for continuous improvement and a solid understanding of process fundamentals.
- Experience in knowledge management or similar roles is a plus, but curiosity and adaptability matter most.
