About the role:
At Unitywater, we’re shaping the future of water and wastewater services for our community and we’re looking for a
Planning and Analysis Manager to help us do it.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team, empowering the business with insights that matter. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across the organisation, providing forward-looking financial planning, forecasting and analysis that directly drives business performance and investment decisions.
Your work will be at the centre of linking people, performance and strategy, making a meaningful difference to Unitywater, our customers, and our community.
As our Planning and Analysis Manager, you will:
- Partner with leaders to deliver data-driven, forward-thinking insights.
- Lead business unit planning including rolling forecasts, budgeting and long-range modelling.
- Drive performance reporting that empowers decision-making at every level.
- Inspire and grow your team to build capability and deliver impactful analysis and advice.
- Champion innovation in reporting and analytics, driving automation, self-service and digital capability.
- Strengthen investment governance with financial modelling and scenario planning.[SW1]
