Mitarbeiter/in elektrotechnische Instandhaltung 3 (m/w/x)

Die Position
- Arbeitstäglicher Kontrollgang zur Ableitung erforderlicher Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, ggf. spezielle tiefergehende Untersuchungen von Anlagen
- Abstimmen der Termine mit dem Betreiber
- Zusammenstellen der Werkzeug- und Materialrüstung für die Wartungsdurchführung
- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten im Logbuch bzw. SAP und Erstellen eines Backups nach durchgeführter Programmänderung
- Beenden der durchgeführten Wartung und Fertigmeldung an den Betrieb
- Optimieren vorhandener Prozessabläufe
- Fernüberwachung und -diagnose von Betriebsprozessen aus der Leitwarte
- Einsatz und Bedienung von Hard- und Software zur Datenverarbeitung, zur Visualisierung, Vernetzung und Kommunikation verschiedener Systeme
- Überprüfen von Anlagen mit mechanischem Gefährdungspotential in Zusammenarbeit mit der Mechanik
- Anfahren von Anlagen oder Teilanlagen ggf. mit Unterstützung des Teamleiters oder Technikers
- Beheben von auftretenden Störungen ggf. mit Unterstützung des Teamleiters oder Technikers
- Laufender Informationsaustausch mit
- Mitarbeit bei der Dokumentation der Inbetriebnahme der neuen Anlage sowie beim Prüfen von Lasten- und Pflichtenheft
- Ein- und Unterweisung der externen Mitarbeiter in betriebsinterne Vorschriften
- Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsdurchführung
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen
- i.d.R. abgeschlossene 3,5-jährige Ausbildung, z.B. zum Elektroniker Automatisierungstechnik
- GMP und PC Kenntnisse
- 4-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtmodell samt Wochenendarbeit
