About the Role
We have a permanent opportunity for our Team Leader – Network Water based at our Balcatta depot within our Water (North) team at Perth Region Feld Services (PRFS). In this role you will motivate, develop and lead a team in providing water services to customers within the Perth region. This role will be responsible for organising and prioritising work across unplanned and planned activities and operational needs.

What the role will involve
• Oversee and monitor all network activities ensuring safe completion of work
• Forecast work requirements and determine resourcing needs
• Monitor and report on the financial and business performance of the team
• Develop short and long term strategic planning activities introducing innovation and efficiencies
• Ensure plant and equipment are available for employees and subcontractors to ensure works are completed in a safe and timely manner
• Engage with the Asset Management team regarding assets and equipment maintenance to ensure effective service delivery
About you
• Relevant trade qualifications, or completion / progressing towards Certificate III in Water Operations
• Completion or progressing towards attainment of Certificate IV in frontline management desirable
• Demonstrated leadership and operational experience within a multi-disciplinary team
• C Class Driver’s Licence
