About the role:
We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Officer who loves helping people and is ready to be the first point of contact for all things Unitywater. Whether it’s over the phone, through email, or in person at our reception desk, you’ll be providing timely, accurate support and advice to our customers.
This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week with a set shift of 12pm – 5pm Monday to Friday at our Mango Hill office.
We would love the successful candidate to commence from Monday 20th April 2026.

- Help customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing the right info at the right time.
- Use your knowledge of Unitywater policies and systems to confidently manage requests, issues, and feedback.
- Keep things running smoothly by ensuring customer interactions are logged and resolved efficiently.
- Be part of a close-knit and supportive team that values collaboration and care.
- Look for ways to make processes better and share ideas that improve customer service.
- Play your part in keeping everyone safe by following our WH&S practices and participating in safety initiatives.
