Für unser neues Plasmapherese-Center in Leipzig suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen
Stellvertretenden Center Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit 38,5 Std./Woche.
Für folgende Aufgaben sind Sie verantwortlich:
- Stv. Leitung des Plasmacenters und dessen organisatorische Arbeitsabläufe
- Personalmanagement sowie die bedarfsgerechte Personaleinsatzplanung
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Spendebetriebs
- Produktions- und Kostensteuerung
- Sicherstellung, dass das Plasma entsprechend der Guten Herstellungspraxis hergestellt, gelagert und gekennzeichnet wird
Wir erwarten für diese Position:
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder medizinische Berufsausbildung
- Wünschenswert ist Erfahrung in Personalführung und Organisationsmanagement
- Wirtschaftliches und analytisches Denken und Handeln
- Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Großes Interesse an der Optimierung und Entwicklung von Prozess- und Arbeitsabläufen
