Position Overview:
This Manufacturing Process improvement Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, execution and closure of cross-functional and process improvement projects. The Project/Process Analyst may participate in project teams as a team leader, team member or as a facilitator depending on the project requirements, resource availability and the individual’s technical expertise. This is an on-site position 5 days/week.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate / track multiple cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives, driving to completion with measurable results.
- Serve as a primary liaison between management, project sponsors, and stakeholders, ensuring transparent, timely, and effective communication across all organizational levels to align expectations, manage risks, and sustain engagement.
- Partner with functional and departmental leaders to assess Operational Excellence needs, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver sustainable value aligned with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the OE Lead on problem solving, resources, newly proposed site or global initiatives, challenges and roadblocks, and other updates or escalations.
- Participate in the CSL Operating System (COS) plan and initiatives for the US to support alignment, where appropriate, across sites within key functions, applying corresponding methodologies, monitoring and management of the progress of the part of the COS roadmap linked with site function. Deliver on time according to COS plans and KPIs, taking responsibility for site deployment.
- Support the overall implementation of global OE standards at site(s) using disciplined project management skills.
- Drive implementation of global OE standards at the site level, leveraging disciplined project management practices to ensure consistent adoption, governance, and long‑term sustainability of improvements.
- Support the OE Center of Excellence (CoE) through participation in enterprise-wide forums geared towards maintaining a contemporary operating system which is informed by industry best practice benchmarking and networking.
- Model and coach Operational Excellence principles, demonstrating structured problem‑solving, waste elimination, and data‑driven decision‑making, while mentoring teams and leaders on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Conduct end‑to‑end process analysis, partnering with management and stakeholders to gather requirements, design and validate solutions, and support testing and implementation to ensure business needs are met effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Formal Project management Training/ Education preferred
- 5+ years' experience in process management, 3-5 yrs in Process management in the manufacturing industry
- Successful experience leading /participating on process teams
- Certified Six sigma Green Belt
- Good Communications Skills with the ability to influence and explain complex proceses.
- Knowledge of (People) Change Management methodologies
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
