The Water Loss Prevention Team focuses on managing initiatives such as the Bill Shock Program by proactively engaging with residential and non-residential customers.

About you
- You actively demonstrate a flexible approach to shifting priorities and demands.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency in all aspects of work.
- Management of your own portfolio of customers through detailed correspondence, investigation and analysis of data.
- Highly developed planning, organisational, and workflow management skills.
- An aptitude to coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to seek win-win outcomes for customers and the business.
- The ability to prepare and process financial allowances and detailed recommendations in the form of briefing notes.
- Proficient skills in Grange, Temetra, Maximo and My Water.
