Forget sitting on the sidelines - you’ll be contributing from day one.. As soon as you commence as our Science Graduate, you'll be doing purpose driven work on real infrastructure that our communities depend on every day. Think six-month rotations across diverse teams, a group innovation project with actual senior backing, and mentoring from people who genuinely want to see you grow.
Two years of structured experience designed to fast-track your career in one of the most essential industries in the country. At the end of the program, you’ll transition into a permanent full-time position. Not bad for your first job out of uni.
As a Science Graduate:
- Learn how Unitywater's water quality team builds asset strategies that optimise performance and capacity, and gets them successfully handed over and running in the business.
- See how Unitywater's Health, Safety, Environment & Quality team drives environmental management capability across a complex water and wastewater utility.

This role spans both our Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay offices, and graduates will be expected to travel between these locations as needed.
