Intern (m/f/x) - Medical Affairs
Location: Milan (hybrid mode; in-person attendance encouraged to enhance collaboration and learning)

About the Internship:
Kick-start your career in Medical Affairs with a hands-on experience at CSL Italy. As a Medical Affairs Intern, you will gain meaningful exposure to a dynamic, science-driven environment and actively contribute to impactful projects across multiple therapeutic areas.
Working closely with experienced professionals, you will be involved in a variety of scientific and cross-functional activities—ranging from analyzing cutting-edge medical literature to supporting the development of high-quality scientific materials. This internship offers a unique opportunity to understand how medical strategies are shaped and executed, while building practical skills and industry knowledge in a highly collaborative setting.
You will not only support ongoing initiatives but also develop a strong foundation in compliance, communication, and stakeholder collaboration—key competencies for a successful career in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the review and synthesis of scientific literature across different therapeutic areas
Assist in the preparation of medical materials (e.g., slide decks, scientific summaries, internal documents)
Contribute to the organization and execution of medical activities (e.g., advisory boards, internal meetings, congresses)
Support ongoing medical and evidence generation projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Medical, Marketing, Market Access) under supervision
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Your Profile:
Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences
Open to students and recent graduates
Previous academic or research experience in life sciences is a plus
Basic understanding of scientific literature review and data interpretation
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
