- Prepare clear and well‑structured analytical and presentation materials to support compensation discussions and decision‑making.
- Partner with the Regional Total Rewards Lead and Global Compensation, Benefits, and Equity teams on enterprise‑wide initiatives and Workday‑driven processes.
- Support job evaluation, leveling, and job architecture activities aligned with CSL’s Career Framework.
- Provide compensation input to organizational changes and growth initiatives, support pay transparency readiness across EMEA, and ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and local labor laws, while building effective stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Compensation within a medium to large, complex multinational organization, ideally with EMEA exposure, and a strong foundation in job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and incentive support.
- Solid understanding of the broader Total Rewards and benefits landscape; consulting or advisory experience (internal or external) is highly desirable.
- Sound business acumen with the ability to interpret compensation topics within a broader organizational and commercial context.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience translating complex market, financial, and internal data into clear, practical insights and recommendations.
- Clear, credible business‑facing communication skills, with the ability to influence through collaboration and evidence‑based analysis.
- Solid financial and numerical reasoning skills, supported by strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
