The Business Analyst supports Finance Director- International Marketing, Tenders and Tolling by providing high-quality financial analysis, insightful reporting and business decision support across a complex International environment. The role supports performance management, enables transparency on business results, contributes to strategic projects and planning activities and ensures data accuracy, reliability and process discipline as a foundation for effective commercial and financial decision making.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports, analyses, and performance packs for the Director International Marketing Tenders Tolling
Prepare, consolidate, and maintain accurate reports on tender outcomes and key financial indicators.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and long range planning cycles with accurate data collection and analysis.
Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast), highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Assist in month-end close tasks for the commercial function, including revenue, pricing, discounts, and OPEX analysis.
Commercial Business Support
Support the Director in strategic projects, business cases, commercial evaluations and investment proposals.
Partner closely with commercial teams (Marketing, Tender, Tolling and Comm.Ops Finance teams) to provide financial insights that support decision making.
Contribute to scenario analyses and profitability to support pricing decisions and commercial initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of materials for leadership discussions, reviews, and key business meetings.
Data & Process Excellence
Maintain and improve data accuracy in financial systems, models, and reports.
Support continuous improvement efforts to standardize reporting, enhance analytical tools, and automate routine tasks.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve data flows, forecasting quality, and planning processes.
Translate data into stories, dashboards and compelling analysis
Act as a reliable point of coordination for information flow, reporting requirements, and analystical support.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong working relationships with commercial stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Tolling and Tender teams.
Proven capability to build trusted relationships, align different perspectives and ensure timely and accurate information flow
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data and analyses into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

Education
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
Experience
Several years’ experience in relevant field/industry mainly linked to financial analyses, reporting, business planning or supporting business partner roles.
