About the role:
As our Corporate Strategy Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping Unitywater turn long-term ambition into practical action. Working across the organisation, you'll help ensure our strategic priorities are clear, aligned and delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers, communities and people.
You'll coordinate and continuously improve our strategic planning framework, support business units to develop plans that connect to our broader goals, and keep a close eye on emerging trends that could shape our future direction.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, analysis and communication, offering the opportunity to influence decisions at all levels of the business while helping drive innovation and strategic outcomes.
This role can be based at our Maroochydore or Mango Hill Head Office

About you:

- A bachelor's degree in Strategy, Business, Management, Economics or a related discipline.
- Experience developing, coordinating or supporting corporate strategy, business planning, transformation or organisational performance initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify emerging trends, connect complex information and translate insights into practical actions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to build relationships and influence outcomes across a diverse range of teams and leadership groups.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, facilitate workshops and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working within a large, customer-focused, utility, regulated or similarly complex organisation.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and drive outcomes while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
