As a Control Room Officer, you will play a vital role in monitoring and coordinating Unitywater's potable water, recycled water, sewer reticulation, and operational technology networks on a 24/7 basis. You will provide real-time situational awareness, efficiently dispatch reactive maintenance and service requests, support field crews, and contribute to the timely restoration of network services while maintaining compliance with regulatory and safe drinking water requirements.
Working closely with Operations Planning, Field Services, and other stakeholders, you will ensure resources are effectively utilised, customer impacts are minimised, and operational risks are managed. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgement under pressure, exceptional communication, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while upholding Unitywater's values of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This is a maximum term role until end of January 2027 with potential for extension, based at our Maroochydore Head Office.
