About the Role
Permanent | Full-time | 12-hour rotating shifts (days & nights)
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Service Officer (ESO) to join our HSE team at the Pinjarra Refinery. This role plays a critical part in protecting our people, assets and environment through effective emergency response, medical support and site security.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and respond to emergency incidents, alarms and medical events
Act as on-scene commander for Level 1 incidents
Maintain emergency readiness, equipment, vehicles and fixed fire systems
Deliver emergency response, first aid and evacuation training and drills
Provide emergency medical and first aid care and manage patient transfers
Support site access control, security systems and asset protection
Liaise with internal teams, contractors and external emergency agencies
Conduct inspections, audits, investigations and post-incident reviews
Contribute to continuous improvement in emergency management and safety practices
