We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and values-driven Program Manager - Technology to join our Technology & PMO team. Reporting directly to the Head of PMO (Delivery & Transformation), this pivotal role serves as the critical strategic interface between business units and Technology, driving the delivery of complex multi-domain programs that underpin Snowy Hydro’s corporate strategy and energy transition initiatives.
In this role, you will take ownership of a rich, diverse technology portfolio spanning Generation, Commercial Operations, and Retail environments—ranging from system integration to trading platform enhancements (ITMS), cybersecurity, and corporate applications. Leading an established team of 9 to 15 internal and contract Project Managers, you will champion delivery hygiene and rigorous governance while empowering and developing our internal capability.
