Position Purpose:

To manage Guangzhou and national offices and accelerate working efficiency
Assist Administration Manager to develop and update Admin SOP and policy.
To arrange logistics for global guests who visit Shanghai office and organize employee events regularly.
To lead annual conference and extended management meeting organization and arrangement.

Responsibilities:

General Administration & Reception Perform general Admin and receptionist duties.
Office Environment Management Maintain office surroundings to make sure clean, tidy, secure and healthy: such as gardening, cleaning, decorations, space arrangement etc.
Corporate Events & Projects: Lead annual conference and extended management meeting organization and arrangement or deploy other projects when required.
Organize employee events such as birthday party, team building and family day etc.
Facility management: in charge of the facility management, procurement, stock management, maintenance.
Cost Control and Vendor management: Maintain office facilities including printer, projector, pantry devices, building facilities and furniture to make sure all work normally and efficiently.
In charge of the budget management and cost control
Maintain office supplies: ordering stationary and commodities; purchasing pantry items and birthday cakes; printing name cards, etc.
Process Improvement Assist Administration Manager to develop and update Admin SOP, policy and staff handbook
Collaboration and Communication: Team Collaboration and Cross-function Communication
Company seal management take good care of the company seal with record
Other duties assigned by Administration Manager, China.

Qualifications:

College degree or above
5 year experience or above on administration management position of a multinational company
Good English and Chinese communication skills both verbal and in writing
Proficient in MS-office, Excel
Office management and meeting & travel organization capacity or experience is required.
Reliable person who has strong patience, self-initiative, sense of duty and passion to learn
Good team work spirit
