About
’m an operations and delivery leader focused on turning strategy into execution. I’ve spent my career building and scaling the operational foundations behind tech-enabled and impact-driven organizations. As a former startup co-founder and COO, I scaled a team from 13 to 100+ employees and supported a successful company exit.
Today, I lead operations, delivery, and business development across a human-centered design studio serving government and corporate clients, and act as a venture partner and head of operations for a hospitality tech platform.
I work best with organizations that are growing and need stronger structure to keep up, where teams, systems, and processes need to mature without slowing the business down. That includes improving cash flow (such as reducing invoicing cycles from 60 days to 24 hours), strengthening delivery and ways of working, and helping cross-functional teams align around clear priorities and outcomes.
My approach is pragmatic and systems-led. I focus on clarity, ownership, and execution, building operations that support teams without adding unnecessary complexity. I lead with empathy, set clear expectations, and help teams deliver without constant escalation.
