IT, systems & data

• Maintain long-term relationships with healthcare organisations, suppliers, contractors and partners.

• Support RACGP and AHPRA accreditation requirements, tracking CPD points and proactively identifying and closing compliance gaps.
• Lead staff and candidate induction and onboarding cycles, and monitor live training delivery for consistency and quality.
• Collect and act on participant feedback to continuously improve course content, delivery standards and enrolment outcomes.
• Manage staff attendance, timekeeping and leave administration, including tracking of annual and sick leave submissions.
Events, marketing & communications
• Ten years coordinating simulated AMC clinical examinations — venues, staffing, materials, candidates, on-the-day delivery.

• Run campaigns and content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn; produce brochures, video and presentations.
About
Eleven years of continuous, gap-free experience across administration, operations, HR, finance, compliance and IT support — nine of them with one organisation, where I moved from Receptionist to Office Manager to Business Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to the Director. I run the parts of a business that have to work every day: staff attendance, leave and training; procurement, import/export and inventory; Xero and MYOB; the coordination of simulated clinical examinations for up to 60 participants per sitting; RACGP and AHPRA compliance and CPD tracking; and the relationships with 500–600 candidates, clinicians and international partners I speak to each day. I am looking for a versatile role — administration, project administration, operations or coordination — where breadth, sound commercial judgement and reliability matter more than a single specialism.
