Senior IT Project Manager, Digital Transformation Lead, and University Lecturer with 20+ years’ experience delivering complex technology, data, and enterprise systems projects across Australia, Malaysia, the Middle East, India, and Europe. I specialise in IT project delivery, business transformation, enterprise architecture, emerging technologies, and stakeholder communication.
I have led multi-country digital programs, ERP/CRM implementations, cloud platform integrations, and cybersecurity uplift initiatives. My background includes consulting, vendor management, governance, and solution delivery across government, education, healthcare, engineering, and professional services.
Alongside industry work, I teach Project Management, Engineering Strategy, and Leadership at the University of Adelaide and Torrens University, and contribute to the PMBOK 8th Edition. I am completing a PhD focused on AI in Project Management, exploring how AI transforms stakeholder communication, decision-making, and project execution.
