About
I’ve spent more than 20 years in hospitality leadership, most recently recruiting and leading over 150 people to open Nyaal Banyul – Geelong Convention and Event Centre. I love building teams, solving problems on the go, and making sure people feel looked after, whether they’re staff, guests or clients.
Outside work, I’m Head of Programs (volunteer) at What Were You Wearing Australia, supporting survivors of sexual and domestic violence and running community awareness programs. That work, along with my own lived experience, has shaped where I want to go next: community services, advocacy and engagement roles where I can make a real difference.
I’m starting a Diploma of Community Services and looking for a flexible, remote or hybrid role that lets me bring my people skills to a purpose-driven organisation while I study. I’m based in Western Victoria and I’m a mum, so flexibility matters to me, and I bring loads of energy and reliability in return.
