This permanent part-time position offers reliable hours, a supportive team environment, and the potential for additional shifts during the week.
Position: Prison Cleaner
Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time
Pay Rate: $33.61 per hour + Superannuation
Location: Cherry Creek Youth Justice, Little River VIC
Set Shift: Mondays from 7:45 PM to 11:45 PM (with potential for extra shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize offices, reception areas, workshops, bathrooms, communal spaces, and foyers
- Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors, staircases, and surfaces
- Bio-cleaning may be required at times

To be considered, you must:
- Have a reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s Licence
- Be physically capable of performing cleaning duties for up to 4 hours
- Provide a recent National Police Check (under 6 months) and a valid Employee Working with Children Card
- Successfully pass a medical assessment and random drug and alcohol testing
