About the Role:
Step into a key role where your expertise will directly influence outcomes on our Court Services and Custodial Support contract. As a trusted advisor to our leaders, you’ll help shape and deliver a people strategy that drives performance and fosters a positive, inclusive culture. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll provide proactive, pragmatic, and people-first solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing clear, confident advice and leadership on employee and industrial relations matters
- Coaching leaders to build high performing, engaged teams
- Driving workforce planning, talent development, and change initiatives
- Collaborating across the broader People & Culture function to deliver seamless, strategic support
