Ventia is looking for a reliable and motivated Leading Hand Cleaner to join our team in a full-time, weekday role. If you take pride in maintaining clean public spaces and want your evenings and weekends free, this opportunity offers the perfect balance.
Start and end your day at Perth Train Station, driving a company van along the Mandurah Line to ensure each station is clean, safe, and welcoming for commuters.
About the Role
Position: Cleaning Team Leader
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $1,014.70 per week + Superannuation
Location: Perth Train Station (start and finish), servicing stations along the Mandurah Line
Contract: Full-Time until July 2026 (with potential for extension)
Key Responsibilities
- Clean public areas, platforms, restrooms, and station facilities
- Perform routine tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, restocking supplies
- Operate pressure washers and scrubber machines for deep cleaning
- Monitor supplies, report issues, and follow safety procedures
- Lead and support the cleaning team, maintain high standards, and liaise with management

What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience
- Proven leadership skills and a team-focused mindset
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and confidence driving a company van
- Recent National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Strong work ethic and pride in delivering high standards
