What You’ll Do
- Serve Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Deliver an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
- Provide professional bar service (RSA standards)
- Keep dining and bar areas clean and tidy
- Assist with basic food prep and restocking where needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work as part of a friendly, supportive team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year hospitality experience
- RSA (or willing to obtain)
- Great attitude and commitment to customer service
- Australian Citizenship (required for Defence clearance)
