About the Role
As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and driving commercial outcomes, for Wireless Telecommunications contracts, across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer contracts from award through to completion.
- Review, negotiate, and prepare subcontract agreements and variations.
- Monitor contract performance, costs, and timelines to ensure compliance.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all contractual matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Involvement in pre-contract and work winning activities.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related field
- Experience in contract administration within construction/infrastructure/telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial principles, and industry standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), SharePoint and JIRA.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Our client requires a police check (including financial checks) to be completed as part of the pre-employment process.
