School Cleaning Supervisor - Lead a Team, Keep Our Schools Sparkling!

Position Title: School Cleaner Supervisor
Start Date: as soon as possible
Location: Greater Springfield area, QLD
Hourly Rate: from $32.33 plus penalties and super
Schedule: 38 hrs per week Monday to Friday between 4am-6:30pm
No weekend work, enjoy school holidays off
Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time
About the Role
Supervising and motivating a team of 15 to meet performance targets
Coordinating tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning
Monitoring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols
Providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure consistent service delivery
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning operations and supervising teams, including scheduling and performance management
Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet quality and safety standards
Reside in the greater Springfield area for reliable on-site presence
Hold a valid Working with Children Card and a recent Australian National Police Check
Capable of supporting team tasks, including kneeling, lifting, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods when required
Successfully complete a medical assessment and comply with random drug and alcohol testing
