Ventia and Wajarri Enterprises Limited (WEL) are on the hunt for a dynamic Health & Lifestyle Coordinator to join our Living Services team at the Square Kilometre Array Project (SKAO) in South Murchison. This isn’t just a job—it’s your chance to make wellness happen in the heart of WA’s stunning outback while supporting a world-first scientific project!
What’s the role?
Reporting to the Village Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things health, fitness, and lifestyle. From running group workouts and sports sessions to planning epic social events, you’ll keep our team feeling fit, connected, and motivated.
The Details:
- Fixed term until end Feb 2026 (with high potential to go permanent!)
- 8:6 roster, 12-hour days
- Point-of-hire: Perth (flights from Jandakot) or Geraldton to Boolardy Airstrip
- Annual package: $88000 plus Super

Your Day-to-Day:
- Design personalised training programs and injury prevention strategies
- Lead social sports sessions, group stretches, and keep the energy high
- Offer nutrition tips and wellness advice
- Keep the gym sparkling and equipment in top shape
- Plan a monthly activity calendar—think yoga, quiz nights, team sports, and more
- Coordinate with vendors for gear and goodies
- Occasionally help with airport transfers (because teamwork makes the dream work!)
What We’re Looking For:
- WA Driver’s Licence
- Cert IV in Health & Fitness (or similar)
- First Aid & CPR certified
- Physically fit, energetic, and ready to inspire!
