CSL (an ASX listed organisation and a leading global biotechnology company)is continuing to invest and grow.Working at Australia’s largest pharmaceutical site, you willbe responsible foradministering,reviewingand supporting EHS programsand,maintainingregulatory compliance,at our CSL Behring Broadmeadows site.
This role will also be partnering with business to ensure CSLmanufacturing and projectactivities meethigh standardsfor environmental, health and safety management and to drive continuous improvement.
As part of the EHS team, you will report into the EHS Director at our Broadmeadows site.
Your Responsibilities
Supportthedevelopment and deployment ofallocatedEHS programs fromthestrategic plananddrive a culture of continuous improvement
Supportthe improvement ofallocatedEHS systems and processes
Manage EHS department procurement processesandundertakeallocatedprocesses, reporting, and training programs
Business partner with CSL departments,participatein incident investigation analysis andsupport identification ofmeasures toaddressEHS issues
Co-ordinateEHScommunications and initiatives, including committees,meetingsandevents
Develop EHS specific training packages andfacilitategeneral EHS education and communication workshops asrequired
Provide support to other EHS team members asrequired
Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degreepreferably within the disciplines of safety, engineering or science and/or other relevant tertiary qualifications
3+yearsexperienceworking in an EHS team orinroles with a large safetycomponent
Experience developing and implementingEHS Management systemsand processes including proven ability to deliver practical tools and training
Experience in EHStraining, reporting and systems management
Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise, work underpressureand meet deadlines
Ability to workeffectivelyin a team setting and among multiple department functions
