Support a critical maintenance contract that directly contributes to Australian Defence Force capability. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to play a key role in ensuring Australian Defence assets remain operational and ready, supporting activities based at Holsworthy Barracks NSW.
This role offers a great work–life balance, with hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:00am–3:45pm, and Friday, 7:00am–12:00pm. Australian citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain a Defence Security Clearance.

What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for planning and scheduling the maintenance of heavy vehicles and weapons.
- Maintain and update relevant records in MS Excel and use our internal system, MILES.
- Work closely with Department of Defence to report weekly to operations.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or planning or scheduling equipment is ideal.
- A technical background (vehicles) is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Sound computer skills with the ability to navigate different systems.
