About the Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Regional Planner, you will play a key role in planning and managing maintenance activities across a diverse fleet, including vehicles, weapons, marine, and general engineering assets. Key Responsibilitiesinclude
- Create and plan work orders using Commonwealth SAP S4/HANA system
- Conduct maintenance planning in line with fleet maintenance directions
- Identify tasks, parts, and resources required for scheduled maintenance
- Source parts internally and externally
- Liaise with scheduling teams to align maintenance with priorities and timelines
- Provide progress updates to Commonwealth personnel
About You
- Australian citizenship (ability to obtain security clearance)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Background in electrical/mechanical trades or parts interpreter
- Solid computer skills (experience with SAP S4/HANA preferred)
