Ventia is now hiring a hands‑on Refinery Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant industrial site on the outskirts of Pinjarra.

Role Details
Position: Refinery Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Outskirts of Pinjarra, WA
Hourly Rate: $32.34 plus Super
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a team of under ten cleaners to ensure all daily and scheduled cleaning tasks are completed to standard.
Ensure site cleaning tasks are completed safely and to standard
Oversee sanitising of high‑traffic and designated industrial areas
Conduct spot cleans, deep cleans, and hazard‑related cleaning
Operate cleaning equipment and ensure team compliance with safety procedures
Report hazards, maintenance needs, and incidents to site management
Maintain stock levels, issue tasks, and complete basic documentation

What You Need
Strong verbal and written English skills
Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Cleaning Supervisor
Industrial, mining, or refinery experience is highly regarded
Valid driver licence and reliable vehicle
Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks for the full shift
National Police Clearance (within six months) or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass random medical and drug and alcohol testing
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure
