Site Supervisor – Defence (NT)
Monday–Friday Up to $140k (incl. super), negotiable depending on experience + Tool of Trade Vehicle
Are you a capable Site Supervisor who knows how to run subcontractors, keep clients confident and maintain a safe, productive site — without needing to be a technical specialist? Looking for a role with consistency, autonomy and structured daytime hours?
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across two established Defence project sites with a respected national contractor.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- Steady Monday–Friday roster with flexibility around hours to suit site requirements
- No shift work, no nights, no weekends.
- Work across two Defence sites: Humpty Doo and Mount Bundey
- Variety without chaos — move between sites depending on work fronts and project needs
- Great package: up to $140k (neg.) + Tool of Trade vehicle
- Workflows include both steady contractual Defence works and smaller pockets of projects across the year, keeping things interesting without overwhelming volume
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising day-to-day site activities across both NT Defence locations
- Coordinating subcontractors, ensuring productivity, safety and quality standards are met
- Building positive on site relationships with the client — representing the business professionally and confidently
- Managing start cards, permits, daily checks, compliance activities and general site readiness
- Ensuring works are delivered to scope and escalating issues early where needed.
- Working closely with project and warehouse support teams (though you won’t be office based)
- Keeping documentation, reporting and WHS requirements up to a high standard
You won’t need deep technical expertise — if you understand how construction works get built, know how to manage people, and run a site safely and efficiently, you’ll thrive here.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance. You must also be an Australian citizen to meet this requirement.
