Ventia is seeking a motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead night‑shift operations at Curtin University’s Bentley campus.
This role is ideal for someone with cleaning or supervisory experience and a strong eye for detail.
About the Role
Position: Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Curtin University, Bentley
Rate: $36.56 per hour for the first 3 hours, then $32.34 for the final hour, plus allowances and superannuation.
Contract Type: Permanent Part‑Time
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP

What You Will Do
Supervise and coordinate cleaning tasks during each shift
Support and guide team members
Maintain high cleaning and presentation standards across the site
Perform hands‑on cleaning duties, including:
- Office cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, sanitising)
- Restroom cleaning and restocking
- General hygiene and presentation tasks

What You Need
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Cleaner
- A strong eye for detail and high standards of work
- Recent Australian National Police Check
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical (including drug and alcohol test)
- Valid driver licence and reliable transport
- Good communication skills and fluency in English
