Ventia is seeking one dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team at the Malmsbury Youth Justice Centre.

Position Details
Role: Prison Cleaner
Location: Malmsbury Youth Justice Centre, Malmsbury VIC
Contract: Casual, with the potential to transition to a permanent contract after a few months
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $32.31 per hour + super
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

What You Will Do
Clean and sanitise offices, bathrooms, reception areas, workshops, and communal spaces
Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors, stairs, and surfaces
Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the facility
Perform occasional bio‑cleaning when required

What You Need
- Reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s Licence
- Ability to kneel, lift, and perform physical tasks for the full shift
- National Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Employee Working With Children Check
- Ability to pass a medical assessment and random drug and alcohol testing
