About the role:
You’ll play a key role in analysing asset performance, building meaningful insights, and supporting planning and reporting across the asset portfolio. You will:
- Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards that provide visibility of asset performance and operational trends.
- Analyse CMMS data to identify improvement opportunities, cost saving insights and maintenance optimisation opportunities.
- Support annual works planning, long term budgeting and business cases for asset replacement or changes to maintenance regimes.
- Maintain asset inventory information, critical spares data, and month end/quarterly reporting.
- Work with operational teams to provide technical data support and strengthen data governance and accuracy.
Are you our next Asset Data Analyst? You’ll need:
- Experience developing and managing data dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering or operational data.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Facilities management exposure (preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
