Cleaning Supervisor – Kewdale (Part‑Time)
Location: Prospector Maintenance Depot, Kewdale
Rate: $32.34/hr + allowances + super
Hours: Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM–6:00 PM (occasional later finish)
Type: Permanent Part‑Time
Start: ASAP
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced cleaner or team leader ready to step into a supervisor position.
You will lead a small team during afternoon operations and ensure trains are cleaned to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and assist with cleaning and sanitising tasks
Oversee restroom cleaning and high‑touch surface disinfection
Monitor vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and overall presentation
Coordinate occasional exterior cleaning
Assign tasks, support staff, and train new team members
Complete quality checks and ensure safety standards are met
Report maintenance issues and manage cleaning supplies
Assist with staffing and daily workflow

What You Need
Experience as a Supervisor, Lead Hand, or Cleaner
High attention to detail and strong work standards
Recent National Police Check
Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
Valid driver licence + reliable transport
Great communication skills and fluency in English
