Are you an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly? Join Ventia’s engineering and manufacturing team in Withcott and play a key role behind the scenes in our workshop’s success. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the support of a collaborative team, all with the benefit of predictable Monday to Friday hours.
About the Role
As our Workshop Administrator, you will ensure the workshop operates efficiently, safely, and in line with internal processes. You’ll support trades, supervisors, and project teams by keeping documentation, workflow, and communication on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain timesheets, MERs, POs, and job tracking
- Expedite parts and maintain accurate allocation and register records
- Manage project codes, job folders, drawings, and documentation
- Track project costs and compile compliance and MDR packs
- Enter equipment hours into MEX and prepare weekly work orders
- Maintain safety, audit, and training documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the Workshop Manager and broader team
- Your strong organisation and attention to detail will help keep the workshop running at its best.

About You
You’re an experienced administrator who enjoys supporting operational teams and keeping things organised. You take pride in accuracy and clear communication. We’re looking for someone with:
- Solid administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and time‑management skills
- Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP or MEX is helpful, but not essential
