About the Role
As a Construction Supervisor, you’ll oversee on site delivery across a variety of civil, electrical, and ITS related projects. This role suits someone who thrives in dynamic construction environments, enjoys leading people, and naturally drives safe, high quality outcomes.
You’ll coordinate contractors, drive standards, maintain momentum, and support the successful delivery of critical infrastructure works across brownfields sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising construction activities across civil, electrical, and ITS scopes
- Coordinating contractors and work crews
- Ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Supporting planning and scheduling activities (with allocated planning time!)
- Problem solving on the ground and keeping projects progressing smoothly
- Maintaining strong communication with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
We’re flexible on background — what matters most is capability, broad construction understanding, and strong leadership.
- Essential
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Provide First Aid
- CPR + LVR
- Prior experience working in a brownfields environment
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Confident supervising works across civil and construction settings
Highly Desirable
- Electrical trade background or ITS experience
- Electrical Licence and/or Cert III
- Experience operating or supervising: HIABs, Dogging, Civil & plant equipment
