Ventia is seeking a highly organised Contract Administration & Works Coordinator to join our NSW Whole of Government Cleaning Contract. This newly created role supports the growth of our team and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth delivery of reactive, proactive and optional works across a large, fast paced service contract.

About the role:
You’ll coordinate a mix of commercial and operational activities, managing variations, work orders, stakeholder communication, SLA tracking and accurate document control.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall co-ordination of reaction and optional work requests including receiving, assessing, prioritising and classifying.
- Dispatching work orders and tracking progress through to completion.
- Liaising with clients, site reps, supervisors and subcontractors and providing status updates.
- Coordinating the full variation process—logging, drafting, reviewing and submitting documentation.
- Maintaining accurate variation registers, records and contract documentation.
- Supervise emergency cleaner/s
What we’re looking for:
- Commercial awareness and ability to interpret basic financial information
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Strong communication and professional email etiquette
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy in document handling
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
