Role Details
Position: Cleaning Team Leader
Location: Youth Justice Facility, Parkville VIC
Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30 pm – 12:30 am
Pay: $36.56 per hour + allowance + super
Contract: Permanent Part‑Time
Start Date: ASAP
Your Responsibilities
Lead and support a small cleaning team
Maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards
Communicate effectively with onsite stakeholders
Clean offices, reception areas, bathrooms, workshops, and communal spaces
Vacuum, mop, sweep, and dust
Perform bio‑cleaning as required
Complete basic computer‑based reports
What We Are Looking For
Previous cleaning experience and confidence leading others
Flexibility to start early or finish late when required
Working With Children Check and current Police Check
Unrestricted Australian working rights
Ability to pass medical, drug, and alcohol screening
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Basic computer skills
