The Opportunity
Step into a high-impact SHEQ Advisor role supporting major Energy & Renewables Capital Projects across Regional NSW. You’ll play a key role in shaping project outcomes, contributing to the close-out of the Mt Piper Project (Environmental), driving the Lithgow (Mt Piper) remediation project, and supporting a pipeline of substation construction projects across the region.
This is a hands-on, field-focused role with regular regional travel and a strong on-site presence (minimum weekly) across active locations.
Based in or near Lithgow, Orange, or Bathurst, you’ll be at the forefront of project delivery, partnering with teams on the ground to coach, mentor, and influence positive SHEQ behaviours. You’ll build trusted client relationships, ensure subcontractor compliance, and play a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality outcomes across both construction and project environments.

About You
- Certificate IV or higher in HSE (or equivalent)
- Experienced and certified in ICAM investigations (or equivalent)
- Auditing experience and certification (desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in systems and reporting, with the ability to analyse trends and support proactive SHEQ management
- Background in Utilities or Construction (Electrical highly regarded)
- Australian citizenship required to support potential future works on defence sites
