About the Project
Gold Coast Infrastructure Solutions (GCISolutions) is a Joint Venture between Ventia and Downer.
GCISolutions has a 10-year contract to deliver essential water and wastewater services to the City of Gold Coast. We deliver a diverse range of work including improvement projects, refurbishment and renewal programmes and planned and reactive maintenance.
About the Role
You will support three Delivery Managers by bringing structure and clarity to their schedules in a high-volume, fast-moving environment. This role will suit someone who naturally takes initiative, seeks to understand how things work, and is motivated to introduce smarter systems and processes to enable smoother day-to-day operations.
This position is a full-time opportunity, working from our Bundall, Gold Coast office from Mon – Fri, 8am – 4pm with flexibility
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Organising calendars and site visits
- Booking meetings and taking minutes
- Credit card reconciliations
- Assist with onboarding activities
- Support to the Delivery Teams and their teams in the field
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Ability to work within a fast-pace and changing environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Payroll experience will be highly regarded but not essential
