About the Role
As Ventia’s Workforce Support Coordinator, you’ll be right at the heart of our operations, helping make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From booking travel to keeping training records up to date, you’ll be supporting the crews who keep our work moving every day.
This is a permanent, full-time role, based in our Toowoomba office, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and manage travel bookings for crew members.
- Process and track Change of Position requests.
- Keep internal systems and documentation up to date.
- Manage training records and support compliance requirements.
- Provide general admin support across the operations team.
- Communicate with internal teams to keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an administration or someone keen to learn and grow.
- A background in retail, hospitality, or customer service, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in logistics or workforce coordination is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and a great eye for detail.
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a hands-on approach.
