About the role:
We are looking for someone to permanently join the Rating Services team as a Support Officer in a job share arrangement 14 hours per week. The Rating Services team is responsible for all rating investigations, government control account and Major Consumer Framework billing, and building completions. We provide a high level of service and specialist advice to our customers.

What the role will involve:
- The opportunity to work in a diverse team with a variety of work activities related to the building completions process.
- Investigate, maintain and complete building applications in Grange using tools such as NearMaps, MyWorld and Landgate.
- Engage with LGA's, builders and developers to determine completion dates of new single, multi-residential, non-residential and mixed use developments.
- Participate in initiatives that optimise the building completions processes and improve our level of service and customer experience.
Key skills and experience:
- Demonstrated Grange knowledge and skills to maintain building applications to ensure data integrity and billing accuracy.
- Familiarity with the use of NearMaps, MyWorld and Landgate systems.
- Strong focus in a high level processing role with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
- Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge and application of the legislation, standards, policies and procedures related to building completions and property rating.
