Ventia is proud to support the Department of Defence across bases nationwide and we’re now seeking experienced Bar Attendants with strong cocktail‑making skills to join our team at Larrakeyah Navy Base.

- Casual Role: $32.63per/hour (inclusive of 25% Casual Loading) + Superannuation + penalty rates
- Offering approximately 20+ hours per week, with ongoing opportunities to increase hours based on team movements and operational needs
- Coverage across all 7 days, including day and evening shifts

What YOU will do
- Provide professional bar and cocktail service as a priority, with proven bar experience essential (RSA standards)
- Be a flexible team player who is willing to assist across FOH, functions, and pot wash when required to support overall team success
- Deliver an outstanding service to all Military personnel and other guests, every shift
- Keep dining and bar areas clean and tidy
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work as part of a friendly, supportive team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of cocktail/bartending experience in hotels, pubs, restaurants, and high-volume dining establishments (Advantageous)
- RSA (Required)
- Great attitude and commitment to customer service
- Australian Citizenship (required for Defence clearance)
