About the role
This role is responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving analytical solutions that deliver meaningful insights across the Business Unit. You will provide expert advice and governance to support financial and budgetary decisions, while helping shape policy and strategic direction. Leveraging complex customer and operational data, you will transform information into clear, actionable insights that drive performance, inform planning and enable better decision-making at both operational and executive levels.

What you can expect with this role
- Develop and deliver high‑quality business intelligence reporting and insights, transforming complex customer and operational data into clear, actionable insights.
- Design, build and maintain advanced dashboards, reports and analytics products to support operational performance and strategic decision‑making.
- Conduct deep‑dive and exploratory analysis to identify performance drivers, risks and improvement opportunities across the business.
- Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques, including predictive modelling and forecasting, to inform planning and resource optimisation.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, provide data‑driven recommendations and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, governance and best‑practice use of analytics tools, while continually seeking opportunities to uplift analytics capability.
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
- Strong experience in business intelligence, advanced analytics or data analysis roles within complex organisations.
- High proficiency in BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, and analytics languages such as Python or R.
- Proven ability to analyse large, complex datasets and translate insights into clear, compelling stories for non‑technical audiences.
- Experience building forecasting models, performance metrics and analytical frameworks to support operational and strategic outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence decisions through evidence‑based insights.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in analytics.
