Ventia is hiring a reliable cleaner for Midland Train Station.
This is steady, part‑time evening work with fixed hours, solid pay, and a contract that runs through to January 2027, with the possibility of extension.
The Details
Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 pm – 2:00 am
Pay: $33.61 per hour + Super
Contract: Permanent Part‑Time (until Jan 2027, extension possible)
Location: Midland Train Station

What You Will Be Doing (No Surprises)
Cleaning platforms, amenities, and public areas
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and emptying bins to keep the station safe and presentable
Reporting maintenance or safety issues when something looks off
Operating pressure washers and floor scrubbers
You will need a driver licence to operate the ride‑on scrubber — it does the heavy lifting
What You Need (Short List, On Purpose)
Recent Australian National Police Check
Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, plus drug and alcohol testing
Valid driver licence and reliable transport
Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but reliability and consistency matter more
